Administrative Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, help maintain efficient office operations, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office support activities.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Perform data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office deliveries.
- Order and maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well organized.
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork, employee files, and general administrative tasks when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
- Provide administrative support to other departments and assist with projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator.
- Diploma in Office Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Google Workspace is an asset.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
