Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to Subway standards, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.
- Follow all food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Ability or willingness to learn how to operate POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
