Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stucco Worker to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stucco application and related construction skills, with the ability to work efficiently on various projects. This role requires attention to detail and safety consciousness.The successful applicant will contribute to high-quality finishes on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to project specifications.
Duties
- Apply stucco finishes according to project specifications and blueprints
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as needed
- Mix and match materials to achieve desired textures and colors
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during application processes
- Assist with surface preparation, including sanding, patching, and sealing surfaces
- Perform general handyman tasks related to construction painting, caulking, or minor repairs as required
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in stucco application.
- Knowledge of construction painting, stucco systems, parging, stone and stucco repairs.
- Handyman experience is highly desirable
- Construction experience with a focus on exterior finishes preferred
- Prior experience working with various stucco materials and textures is a plus
