About the RoleCondo Control is hiring an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified pipeline by prospecting into property management companies across Canada and the United States. This role is focused exclusively on outbound outreach, identifying decision-makers, uncovering operational challenges, and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Work Setup• Hybrid work model: 4 remote workdays per week and 1 in-office day per week

Interview ProcessOur hiring process is straightforward and collaborative:
- Phone interview
- Two Zoom interviews with key team members
- Optional final in-person interview (if applicable)
What You Will Do• Prospect into property management companies across Canada and the United States, engaging CEOs, Presidents, COOs, VPs of Operations, and Portfolio Managers
- Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn using approved cadences
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify operational pain points related to staffing, resident experience, compliance, and portfolio visibility
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, notes, and lead status updates in Salesforce
- Follow defined cadences and outreach best practices consistently
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging based on real-world prospect feedback
What Success Looks Like• Consistently meeting or exceeding daily activity targets (calls, emails, touches)
- Booking qualified meetings that convert into sales opportunities
- High meeting show rates and strong handoffs to Account Executives
- Clean CRM hygiene and disciplined funnel management
Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role (B2B or SaaS preferred)
- Strong cold calling skills and comfort with rejection
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined with strong follow-through
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Salesloft
Nice to Have• Experience selling into property management, real estate, or B2B software
- Understanding of condominium, HOA, or property management operations
- Experience working structured cadences and sequencing strategies
