Job Description

While you're a licensed Realtor, your job will be working as the main point of contact for your customers from our Toronto office or remotely to help quarterback all parts of the customer's journey. You'll have the support of our Customer Ambassador team, Tour Assistants, an ever improving tech-stack and more to make sure you can be successful in your role.

Key Responsibilities
Be the key driver of sales (buy deals only), owning your book of business, driving efficiency while staying customer focused- Engage and support customers via multiple channels (Phone, Chat and email), in both proactive and reactive engagements with consumers
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver a top notch customer experience
- Work closely within the Realtor team to ensure continuity of service for customers for all Wahi clients
- Build trust and show empathy with customers to develop ongoing relationships and partnerships through their buying journey
Requirements
You have an active real estate license in Ontario- You have 3+ years of experience working in real estate, focusing on residential in the GTA
- You practice clear, concise, and personable communication both verbally and written
- You’ve had experience closing 10+ deals/year
- You are passionate about building a customer-facing career with the drive to grow and develop both personally and professionally
- You have a team-first mentality and take opportunities to share and digest learnings from your team members
- You have deep empathy for customers and balance being resourceful and direct with customers
- You rise to challenges, taking change and uncertainty in stride as the company grows
- You seek to make an impact and you find opportunities to contribute to the team and company as we scale
Note that this is a hybrid position that will allow you to work from home in addition to office days in our downtown Toronto headquarters. Some shifts will be on the evenings and weekends as well some holiday coverage.
