Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related skills is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
