Job Overview
Are you a Class 1 AZ-licensed owner-operator looking for consistent work and a trusted partner? HCT is hiring experienced drivers for year-round opportunities.
We’re looking for professionals with at least 2 years of verified experience who are open to over-the-road (OTR) hauls, primarily between Montreal, New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia lanes.
Applicants must have a TWIC card or should be eligible for it (Canadian passport OR B-1 visa annotated for TWIC).

- Fuel cap program.
- Trips start and end at base depot.
- No-Touch Freight (ocean containers only).
- Dedicated dispatcher and support
- Maintained chassis with a comprehensive preventive maintenance and inspection program.
- Company provided ELD and tablet.
Requirements:
- Verifiable 2+ years of AZ experience
- Container hauling experience is an asset
- CVOR and driver’s abstract (from last 30 days)
- TWIC card is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
