Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in small to medium excavator equipment operation and a strong understanding of excavation processes. This role involves operating excavators as part of the Yard Remediation project on Residential properties, and as part of Alpine's commercial excavation projects. The Excavator Operator will ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate small to medium excavator equipment for various construction tasks, including digging trenches and grading land.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in excavator operation, specifically with small to medium sized excavators.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on job site location and responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
