A Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation and Assessment Centre has an immediate need for a full time (12 month position) experienced office administrator for preparing and submitting OCF 18’s , processing and coordinating Occupational Therapist In Home Evaluations, review Occupational Therapy medical reports, prepare invoices (OCF 21) and submitting Form1’s via HCAI .
The candidate must have working knowledge of the SABS (Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule), be a self-motivated team player, the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, meeting strict deadlines with minimum supervision, while possessing excellent written and oral communication skills as well as time management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and at least 3 years’ experience in the Motor Vehicle Accident industry.
3 years’ Experience in MVA Industry
Possess professional communication skills on the phone and written communications
Be highly organized and detail oriented
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook must also have experience working with Universal Scheduling Computer Software.
