Electrical equipment manufacturer seeking experienced production worker with the following requirements:
Duties - the position could include:
- Following drawings, work instructions and quality standards.
- Fabricating copper and aluminum bus bar - Measuring, cutting, drilling, punching and bending.
- Installing bus bar into switchgear, MCCs and E-Houses.
- Drilling and tapping electrical enclosures.
- Mechanical assembly of electrical equipment.
- Assisting other departments as workload requires.
Required:
- Experience using hand and power tools. (drilling, tapping, cutting, and assembling metal components.)
- Ability to accurately measure.
- Mechanical aptitude and demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Willingness to perform a variety of shop duties.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment.
- Must have a clean driver's license
