We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.
*Duties*
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Sell products or services to customers
- Utilize English language skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Demonstrate technical sales knowledge when assisting customers
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Implement upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in maintaining product displays and inventory
- Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Provide expertise in technology sales to assist customers in making informed decisions
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English language
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Ability to operate POS systems effectively
- Strong aptitude for upselling techniques
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with technology sales is an advantage
