Join our dynamic team as a Nail Technician-Esthetician, where your passion for beauty and exceptional customer service will shine! In this dynamic role, you will execute customer service skills, services such as manicures, pedicures, waxing and more.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements with precision and care
- Deliver professional body waxing services to ensure smooth, flawless results for clients
- Provide skincare treatments such as facials and other esthetic procedures to enhance clients’ natural beauty
- Educate clients on nail care, and product recommendations to promote ongoing maintenance at home
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly disinfecting tools and workstations after each service
- Foster excellent communication with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Esthetician with a strong portfolio of nail art. At least 1 year of experience.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices for client comfort and safety (training available)
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing client needs
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols in a professional beauty environment
- Passion for continuous learning about new trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry
Pay: $17.90-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 30.0 per week
