On behalf of our client a large law firm located downtown, we are assisting to recruit for a Paralegal with a minimum of five years experience in the area of Foreclosures & Collections.
Your experience and expertise will give you the independence to take all the necessary steps to prepare legal documents for foreclosure matters, builders liens, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, tax disputes, collections of contract accounts and builders liens, real estate litigation of commercial, residential and recreational properties.
Your outstanding communication skills will give you the ability to contact process servers, property managers, insurances companies, financial institutions, courts, lawyers, realtors and others to communicating status on files, working with tight deadlines providing excellent customer service in a professional manner.
Proficiency on law firm software, exceptional attention to details, proof reading, grammar, well developed organizational skills and problem solving skills will also be beneficial when managing a large workload.
