The Arts & Athletics Manager is responsible for shaping one of the defining parts of the Muskoka Woods summer camp experience. The Arts & Athletics Manager provides leadership for all arts and athletic programming across Muskoka Woods summer camp. This includes overseeing activity development, scheduling, facilities, purchasing and equipment, while selecting, training and coaching a high-performing team of young leaders. The role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, instruction and operational excellence, ensuring every activity is engaging, professionally executed and consistently delivers an exceptional camper experience from the first week of summer to the last.
