Responsibilities
- Remove and replace tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment with precision and efficiency
- Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
- Perform wheel alignments, balancing, and other maintenance tasks to optimize vehicle safety and performance
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and answering questions with a friendly attitude
- Conduct heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely while adhering to proper safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in excellent condition for daily use
- Support the sales team by providing product knowledge and helping customers select the best tire solutions for their needs
Requirements
- Previous tire technician experience is required
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift heavy tires and wheels repeatedly throughout the day safely
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, tire maintenance, and safety standards
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry best practices

Pay: $19.00-$22.50 per hour
