We are currently seeking an Overhead Door Assembler to join our growing team. This hands-on position is responsible for assembling and preparing overhead door systems and components in accordance with company specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and is interested in building a lasting career in the skilled trades.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble overhead door sections, tracks, hardware, and related components.
- Measure, cut, drill, fasten, and prepare materials according to specifications.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Read and follow work orders, measurements, and assembly instructions.
- Inspect completed products to ensure proper fit, function, and quality.
- Prepare completed door systems and components for shipping or installation.
- Identify and report damaged materials, equipment concerns, or quality issues.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production area.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
- Assist other production team members as required to meet daily schedules.

What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, mechanical, or assembly is considered an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools.
- Ability to accurately read measurements and follow detailed instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to safely lift and handle materials in a physically active environment.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
