Position Overview:
We are looking for someone to ship, receive, and deliver an exceptional experience, while also handling inventory management and basic inventory-related clerical duties. We believe in making our clients feel special, and that every shipment leaving our building is an experience.
We are an e-commerce company with most packages ranging from a few ounces to twenty pounds, plus two to five larger business-to-business shipments each week, shipping both domestically and internationally. An NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is required in order to maintain the privacy of our clients.
The position is 40 hours per week with semi-flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (or 7 am to 3 pm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull, pack, and double-check orders of all sizes
- Create postage labels and waybills with various carriers, including customs brokerage documentation
- Manage inventory, including alerting a team member when products are due to be reordered
- Maintain and organize the warehouse and inventory space
- Inspect product for quality and reject anything that does not meet our standards
- Verify that incoming goods match the invoice and purchase order
- Communicate with other team members about any inconsistencies
- Assist with clerical duties such as adding inventory to our online platform and entering inventory into the accounting system
- Load, unload, and move product up to 50 lbs autonomously

You're good with a computer, can work at a fast pace, and thrive under pressure.
Critical requirements:
- MUST be located in the Lower Mainland and eligible to work in Canada
- MUST be OK with an on-site warehouse position (this position is not remote)
- Physically able to lift shipments up to 50 lbs
- Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
- Strong grasp of English language (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail & a good attitude
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous shipping & receiving experience, or be willing to learn shipping with Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL
- Be willing to learn HTSUS codes and customs brokerage
- Be familiar with, or willing to learn, Discord, Shopify, and/or QuickBooks Desktop
Compensation:
$20 to $24 an hour depending on skills and experience. After a 3-month probation period, the position includes medical and dental coverage.
