This new Marketing Automation Lead & Digital Campaign Manager role is an exciting chance to play a part in redefining the way a large-scale organization like ours engages audiences, cultivates relationships and understands clients.
On paper, we’re looking for someone who can build and execute marketing automation strategies that support defined B2B demand generation programs and campaigns through the Marketo platform to help us deliver relevant content and experiences that not only bring people into the EY world, but give them compelling reasons to stay. In reality, you’ll operate in the gray zone to reimagine our go-to-market approach with a relentless focus on data analytics that will guide us.

Your key responsibilities
Guiding the conception, execution and delivery of our B2B demand generation programs and campaigns on the Marketo platform
Building and executing Marketo-led campaigns (in addition to using associated technologies) that deliver against specific business problems and campaign objectives
Managing audience data directly within Marketo to ensure legal compliance and data governance – as well as preparing the data for audience targeting and associated data segmentation for campaign execution
Planning, managing and executing sophisticated digital marketing campaigns
Supporting paid advertising, SEO, SEM, retargeting and other digital marketing initiatives
Carrying out in-campaign and post-campaign analyses, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimize and improve effectiveness
Bringing deep Marketo know-how (and a true understanding of supporting technologies) as the team’s expert-in-residence
Driving mature adoption of EY’s selected martech platforms

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing or business administration
Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (MCSA) certification (or be in process of becoming certified)
A track record of delivering cross-channel, demand generation campaigns for leading brands directly in Marketo; B2B experience preferred
3-5 years of experience with marketing automation
Hands-on expertise with third-party platforms like CVent, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Gema
In-depth knowledge of martech capabilities spanning platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Marketo, email marketing, CRM, etc.), production (content marketing, SEM/PPC, marketing automation, SEO, benchmarking, media plan design, etc.) and measurement (analytics, dashboarding, reporting, etc.)
