University Golf Club seeking a Sous Chef!
The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the operations of the Kitchen and banquet facilities. They will work closely with the executive chef to execute and to provide high quality food and guest experience to our guests (banquets, golf tournaments, weddings and restaurant).
- Previous culinary leadership experience in a high volume kitchen. Banquet experience highly recommended
