Job Summary
We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Heavy Equipment AZ Drivers to join our team! Our skilled drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently loading/unloading and moving all types and sizes of equipment. This position requires superior driving skills, including driving in poor weather conditions. Drivers need to have a willingness to operate both float trucks and live bottom trucks while work flexible hours and you must be able to do so with outstanding customer service.
Duties
-Safely load and unload all types and sizes of equipment
- Respond to calls promptly and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service to our clients
- Load & Secure equipment to meet industry standards and ensure damage-free transport
- Properly track and document activity log and all necessary paperwork
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies and procedures
- Perform basic mechanical tasks as required and inspect truck before and after trip
-Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
-Willingness to work flexible hours including some evening/overnight and some weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience heavy haul equipment floating/live bottom experience as asset
- Valid AZ license and clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic and ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to operate heavy vehicles in various weather conditions including heavy snow
- Must be able to work independently when required and make quick decisions in high pressure situations
