We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass with precision and care. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Remove damaged or broken auto glass safely and efficiently
- Install and replace automotive glass using proper tools, adhesives, and installation techniques
- Ensure proper fit, sealing, and safety standards on all installations
- Inspect vehicles for additional damage or concerns during service
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repairs and service updates
- Assist with shop operations and mobile service appointments when required
Qualifications
- Red Seal Automotive Technician certification is required
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Previous auto glass installation experience is an asset, but training can be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
