Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care to ensure consistent quality.
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, monitoring temperature and cooking times diligently.
- Assist with food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Support food service operations by assembling orders quickly and accurately for dine-in or takeout customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper storage of ingredients and disposal of waste.
- Follow all safety protocols related to kitchen equipment, food handling, and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient meal preparation and excellent customer service.
Experience
- Previous food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with serving customers and supporting food service operations enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment will help you thrive under pressure.
