We are seeking an analytical, collaborative, driven individual to join our team as a deal desk analyst. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations the ideal candidate will be a valuable contributor to the operation of our Sales and Customer Success teams and will continuously improve our contracting process in partnership with our Legal and Finance teams. The successful candidate is innovative, can move quickly and has an extremely strong attention to detail.

Work in partnership with Sales to project manage deal activities from quote to invoice, engaging stakeholders (Solution Consultants, Product, Finance, Legal, Information Security, Professional Services, etc.) to provide timely input.
Assist Sales team in deal structuring through liaising with stakeholders and gaining business approvals
Liaise with Legal and other stakeholders in the contract negotiation process to ensure timely, favourable resolutions.
Execute on deal support activities which include, but aren't limited to, managing the production of low risk InfoSec responses, pricing for proposals, order forms, renewals and related documents.
Co-owns the execution and results of business proposals with the Sales team to ensure that we are compliant with policies
Supports Global deal prioritization across the organization
Ensure data input and hygiene in
Owns and optimizes the contracting process through documentation, process enhancements and technology implementations as required.

3-5 years of Contract management or other relevant work experience.
Strong business acumen with working knowledge of Sales.
Able to identify risk and discrepancies and collaboratively work to resolution
Strong communication skills, strong attention to detail
Demonstrated inter-personal skills
University degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Sales Operations or Legal Support
