Firehouse Subs is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Night Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, takes pride in providing excellent guest service, and works well as part of a team.
Night Crew Members help ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next day while continuing to provide friendly service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve Firehouse Subs menu items according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, counter, kitchen, and work areas.
- Restock food, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
- Complete closing and cleaning duties at the end of the night.
- Properly store food and supplies.
- Work efficiently during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with managers and other team members.
- Help ensure the restaurant is prepared for the following day's operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by restaurant management.
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical restaurant duties.
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset but not required.
- Must be available for evening/night shifts, including weekends as required.
