North Bar & Grill is seeking server/ supervisor to join our team!
Duties Include:
- Servings Guests in addition to overseeing food service, delegating sections, duties, to Front-of-House staff
- Communicating with kitchen staff effectively when necessary
- Touching tables; interacting, checking on dining customers to inquire about food quality and service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Leading by example and attitude; fostering a positive, teamwork environment.
Experience:
- minimum 1 year in similar position/ role
- 2 years serving experience
- passion for food & people
- liquor and wine knowledge
