We are looking for a Full-Time Operations Support Specialist to join our Sherwood Park Corporate Office. This role will involve working with our operations team to ensure all systems, processes, and duties are fulfilled across multiple businesses and locations across Western Canada. This role will require some travel, typically during inventory in October / November. Typical travel expenses are covered by the company.

Duties Include:
· In-office production operations data entry, job cost review, and analysis support
· Review administration duties, such as orders, entries, and other paperwork
· Facilitate effective communication and operational excellence
· Ensure purchasing, receiving, and inventory requirements are met
· Identify process improvements and efficiencies
· Complete prefabrication drawings as necessary
· Assist sales teams with customer accounts
· Assist long-term planning and company initiatives
· Help create, update, and ensure use of Standard Operating Procedures.
· Travel via company car or flight within Western Canada for inventory, typically in Oct. / Nov., with typical expenses covered via company.
· Additional duties as required
Desired qualifications:
· Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (equivalent experience may be accepted)
· Strong process-improvement mindset
· Strong technology skills (e.g., excel, word, database)
· Keen attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Purchasing, invoicing, budgeting, and cost control skills are considered an asset
· Previous experience with SketchUp or CAD software is an asset
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
