Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Shift Time- 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
