Dual Ticket Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair calls
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, drive, and control system issues
- Support fabrication, welding, assembly, disassembly, and equipment repairs as required
- Use CMMS/FIIX to document maintenance work, downtime, and PM activity
- Work with internal teams and contractors to complete repairs and project work
- Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, 5S, ISO 9001, and QMS requirements
Dual Ticket Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Licensed Industrial Millwright 433A
- Licensed Industrial Electrician 442A or 309A with Industrial Experience
- Previous industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- PLC, automation, drive controller, or control system experience considered an asset
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Welding, fabrication, pipefitting, crane, or tow-motor experience considered an asset
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
