Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day support services to investment banking and corporate banking business units and their clients within a Global Business Services environment.
Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including build, testing, security scanning, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline failures and assist with production release activities.
Support DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability remediation, audit support, and compliance evidence collection.
Perform certificate renewals, secrets rotation, and environment configuration changes.
Integrate and maintain automated testing processes (unit, component, and system testing) within CI/CD pipelines.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, with limited Level 1 support responsibilities.
Monitor batch jobs and scheduling tools such as AutoSys or Airflow.
Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or workarounds.
Perform basic Linux and Windows system administration and troubleshooting tasks.
Coordinate with infrastructure, development, security, and global support teams.
Participate in change management activities, production releases, and maintenance weekends.
Continuously improve monitoring, documentation, and automation processes.
Requirements
Ability to read code and develop intermediate-level scripts and programs to support complex applications.
Ability to work with APIs and develop or consume existing APIs.
Ability to prioritize production issues based on business impact and urgency.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Batch, and Unix shell scripting.
Experience with relational databases.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities across several applications.
Knowledge of the financial services industry.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Automation-first mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced production environments.
Awareness of system-wide impacts and operational risk.
Fluency in English and French.
Nice to Have
Python scripting experience.
Basic Java knowledge.
Cloud experience, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience using Airflow.
Knowledge of APIs, networking concepts, firewalls, and whitelisting.
Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.
ITIL or FRM certification.
Language Requirement
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is required, as this role involves regular collaboration with colleagues and partners in the United States.
