Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Education and Experience Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Active RN license/registration
- Long-term care, home care, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work with management and plan cases in advance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of nursing best practices and clinical procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Compassionate, dependable, and client/resident-focused attitude
- Ability to meet required healthcare background checks and employment screening requirements
Key Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor client/resident conditions and report changes appropriately
- Supervise nursing assistants and support staff when required
- Complete charting, EMR documentation, admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing standards
- Respond effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Deliver compassionate care with professionalism, dignity, and respect
