What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing & Fulfillment Technician, you'll work alongside a skilled team to build and prepare our premium products while helping ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and assembling handcrafted cedar hot tubs
- Manufacturing and assembling insulated hot tub covers
- Preparing spa packs and accessory components
- Packaging completed products for shipment
- Shipping and receiving materials and inventory
- Assisting with warehouse organization and general facility maintenance
- Providing occasional customer support when required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
We're seeking team members who are reliable, positive, and take pride in producing quality work.
Ideal qualifications include:
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, woodworking, construction, or general labour experience considered an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work throughout the day
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift.

- Starting wage of $21.50 per hour
- Regular wage reviews based on performance
- Initial 3-month contract with opportunity for permanent full-time employment
