The Role
This is a leadership position for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, client relationships, sales, and business operations.
We are looking for a professional who can confidently manage the showroom, deliver an outstanding client experience, oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and help build Regal Milano into one of Canada’s leading bespoke menswear brands.
This is not simply a retail sales role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership solves problems independently, and can be trusted to run the store to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Store Leadership & Operations
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
* Maintain exceptional store presentation and luxury standards.
* Manage opening and closing procedures.
* Ensure smooth daily operations and workflow.
* Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
* Maintain accurate client records and order tracking.
* Assist in hiring, training, and coaching team members.
* Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Bespoke Styling & Client Experience
* Conduct one-on-one styling consultations.
* Guide clients through fabric, fit, and design selections.
* Take accurate measurements for custom garments.
* Manage fittings, alterations, and garment deliveries.
* Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Deliver a personalized luxury experience from consultation to final delivery.
Sales & Business Development
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
* Generate new business through networking and referrals.
* Build relationships with professionals, executives, wedding clients, and VIP customers.
* Follow up with leads and past clients to drive repeat business.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve client retention.
Administrative Responsibilities
* Track orders from consultation to delivery.
* Coordinate with production and supplier partners.
* Maintain CRM and customer databases.
* Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
* Ensure operational procedures are followed consistently.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, menswear, fashion, hospitality, or high-end sales.
* Strong sales and customer service background.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and presentation.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Weekend availability.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in bespoke tailoring or made-to-measure clothing.
* Experience managing a retail store or sales team.
* Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and styling.
* CRM and inventory management experience.
* Existing network of professionals, entrepreneurs, or luxury clientele.
