Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $ 125, 000, plus bonus and benefits.

As Key Account Manager, Loblaw a nd S hopp ers Dr ug Mart, OHC , you will lead the development and execution of strategic customer plans for your assigned account. Reporting directly to the Customer Sales Lead , you will play a critical role in delivering Haleon’s net sales growth by building joint business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and driving best-in-class in-market execution with your customers. You will act as the voice of the customer within Haleon, ensuring customer needs and insights are embedded into planning cycles while delivering strong, sustainable results.
This role works cross-functionally to ensure alignment between customer strategies and internal priorities, enabling executional excellence against agreed objectives . It offers the opportunity to build deep commercial expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where ownership, performance, and personal development are equally valued.
Under the guidance of the Customer Sales Lead , and working seamlessly with the Strategy and Commercial Excellence teams , your areas of responsibility include:
Deliver the Business Goals
Execute Haleon brand & s hopper-based in-store strategies with excellence (shelving, distribution, promotion, pricing)
Develop the Customer Relationship

* This position requires routine driving on Company business and includes eligibility for a company‑leased vehicle. To support safe and efficient fleet operations, Haleon may use telematics technology for certain roles. To be eligible for this position and a company vehicle, Haleon must obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and driver’s abstract review as part of its safe driver program requirements.
