Job Summary:
We are seeking a vibrant and engaging Party Host to join our team. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience for guests attending parties and events at our venue.
Duties:
- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with set-up and clean-up of party areas
- Coordinate party activities and games to entertain guests
- Manage and coordinate timelines according to schedule
- Handle cash transactions for additional services or products
- Ensure guest safety and adherence to venue policies
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the event
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience working with children is required
- Strong public speaking skills to engage guests effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Excellent guest service skills to cater to diverse needs
- First aid certification is an asset
