We are currently recruiting for an SAP Master Data Analyst to join our Data team. Reporting to the manager of the Business Systems & Data team, the SAP Master Data Analyst will support the creation and maintenance of master data in accordance with corporate standards, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across various departments while working as a member of the Business Systems & Data team to ensure data is maintained in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures.

Support the creation and maintenance of master data within SAP
-
Process data requests in a timely manner, in accordance with the team’s service standards
-
Interface with team members, key business stakeholders and data stewards to ensure accurate master data creation and maintenance
-
Audit of Master Data in SAP for compliance with data standards, policies and procedures
-
Participate in data initiatives in support of data quality and new module implementations
-
Troubleshoot data issues for the assigned data objects
-
Unit test and validate data transformation and load results
-
Identify data defects and assist with their resolution
-
Assist with data preparation and / or cleansing
-
Ensure load templates are created for in-scope data objects
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a field related to Data and/or Analytics

Minimum 2 years of functional experience in SAP

Knowledge / working experience in Data Business Analysis

Experience with data querying languages (i.e. SQL) is an asset
-
Understanding standard data base fundamentals and principles is an asset
-
Knowledge / working experience with ETL (Extract Transform Load) methodologies is an asset

Experience with Data Services, LSMW / LTMC considered an asset

Experience in maintaining master data in SAP is an asset

Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner under general supervision
