Job Summary
The Assistant Resort Manager supports the Resort Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the RV resort, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining the property to high standards. This role involves administrative duties, customer service, maintenance coordination, and financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Customer Service
- Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Address guest concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience.
- Provide information about resort amenities, rules, and local attractions.
Operational Management
- Assist in overseeing resort operations, including front office, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and functionality of all resort facilities.
Staff Supervision & Training
- Support hiring, training, and supervising resort staff.
- Schedule and oversee staff shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide leadership and foster a positive work environment.
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Assist in managing resort budgets, expenses, and financial records.
- Handle transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.
Maintenance & Safety Compliance
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and resort policies.
- Monitor grounds, facilities, and equipment for any issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or RV resort operations preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Work in outdoor conditions as needed.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
