Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Retail Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales transactions, and maintain an organized and welcoming store environment. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing shelves, displays, and stock levels according to store guidelines
- Manage inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly to customers
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse customer bases
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset
