Vision Truck Group is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator Customer Service to join our Heavy Truck Dealership in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
Duties will include administering truck manufacturers warranties service invoicing, follow-up, record keeping & administrative support to the service department. The ideal candidate would:
· Have a strong background in the automotive/transportation industry
· Have previous service/warranty administration experience
· Be a solid communicator with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
· Have a keen eye for detail
· Have sound working computer knowledge
· Experience is desired but not necessary
· Parts, service and warranty experience will be considered an asset
