Our attractions are designed to inspire adventure and fun, and our Zipline Operators play an essential role in making that happen. We are looking for energetic, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with guests, and helping create memorable experiences for families and visitors of all ages.
The Zipline Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Saunders Farm’s zipline attraction. This role combines guest service, safety management, and attraction operations to ensure every guest enjoys a fun, exciting, and secure experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting equipment inspections, fitting safety gear, providing guest instruction, monitoring guest safety, and responding to operational needs throughout the day. Zipline operation certification training will be provided upon hiring.

Conduct daily safety inspections of zipline equipment, platforms, harnesses, and related systems.

Safely launch and receive guests while ensuring all operating procedures are followed.

Provide safety briefings, fit safety equipment, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Monitor participants and enforce attraction rules, safety standards, and farm policies.

Respond appropriately to operational issues, emergencies, and rescue situations as required.

Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient attraction operations and guest flow.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe launch and landing areas.

Assist with attraction opening, closing, and general upkeep.

Maintain required certifications and training standards.
- Previous experience in outdoor adventure (i.e. zipline) operations, or customer service is considered an asset.

Comfortable working at heights and in an outdoor environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and following established procedures.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.
- Ability to remain calm, make sound decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and perform physically active tasks throughout a shift.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
