Note: This is a full-time position; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education. This role is based out of our Vehicle Donation Program at 2258 River Rd, London, ON.
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.
JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our Vehicle Donation Program (VDP) is looking for a full-time Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the Vehicle Donation Program Supervisor is to work alongside the VDP team to provide oversight of the VDP operations. Responsibilities include supervising the VDP Admin Assistant, Transportation Coordinator and Receptionist and clients, and coordinating Haul Truck Operators (who report to the VDP Manager) ensuring operations are running smoothly, maintaining donor and customer satisfaction, ensuring adherence with Teen Challenge’s policies and procedures, applying conflict resolution techniques as required, executing professionalism, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times.
