OHC is a member of Oxford House College and has a presence in 5 countries around the world in Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, and Australia.
Key responsibilities of ESL teachers :
Provide excellent instruction in an integrated skills curriculum, using the communicative method.
Offer weekday Intensive ESL classes
Accurately maintain class and student academic records (i.e. Lesson Plans, Attendance, Grades, etc.).
Provide superior customer service through your everyday interaction with students.
Enthusiastic, Energetic & Flexibility. Good interpersonal & customer service skills.
Essential Qualities:
TESL Certification with a teaching practice component OR Celta (Note: ONLY APPLICANTS with either if these certifications will be contacted)
Bachelor's Degree.
Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Special consideration will be given to applicants with 1+ years of teaching experience in a similar ESL context.
