Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, with a passion for driving brand growth and engagement. As a key member of our marketing department, you will collaborate on campaigns that leverage SEO, social media advertising, and content management to reach target audiences effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google AdWords, and email marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce websites using WordPress, HTML, and product management tools to enhance user experience and sales performance.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings through keyword optimization and content creation.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing reach.
- Create engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and product launches.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all digital channels and marketing materials.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ year of proven experience in digital marketing, including managing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, along with basic knowledge of HTML coding.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and graphic design.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Prior experience in product management or sales is a plus but not required.
