Vision Truck Group Cambridge is currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team at our new Head Office.
What You'll Do:
- Continuous communication in person, on the phone and by email with the Sales Team, Management, Service, Parts, and Accounting Departments in addition to various vendor-partners.
- Supporting sales team with data and ongoing changing information.
- Support fleet customers with quick, consistent, and detail-oriented responses.
- Review and process Invoices and Sales Agreements.
- Process deal summaries.
- Online warranty registration.
- MTO Licensing
- Maintaining and updating CRM database.
- Co-ordinating and updating build schedules.
- Filing of documents both physically and electronically.
- Commute to MTO regularly for licensing.
- Meet goals assigned by management.
- All other duties as required.
What You'll Bring
- Completion of Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Windows software proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Communicating clearly and professionally
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to use judgement and make decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work through interruptions
- Valid G license and clean driving record
