As our Junior Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating growth and maintaining strong customer relationships within the industry. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, supporting sales outreach for logistics / warehousing-type services, and managing customer & operations inquiries to ensure timely and efficient responsiveness. Furthermore you will provide administrative support for customer sales materials, SBG internal business development process facilitation, and ongoing sales initiatives as required. Position will be based out of our corporate office in Windsor, ON, with some travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Support sales outreach to OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, warehouses, and distribution operations
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams on customer requirements
- Attend customer meetings and industry events
- Support account management for existing customers
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, logistics, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication
- Automotive, packaging, warehousing, or logistics experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Ontario/Michigan region if required
