Property Maintenance Crew Leader
· Self-Motivated. Ability to perform all aspects of landscape/ property maintenance included but not limited to: grass cutting, trimming, pruning of shrubs, planting and mulching
· Ability to lift, crouch, stand and walk for long periods of time
· Ability to drive a light weight truck and trailer combination, including reverse
· Strong communication skills are required
· Strong Horticultural skills with good knowledge of plant material would be an ASSET
· Valid G class license with CLEAN drivers abstract
· Most weekends off
