Valet – Bel‑Air Lexus (Full‑Time)

Bel‑Air Lexus, a family‑owned dealership proudly serving Ottawa since 1990, is looking for a professional, guest‑focused Valet to join our Service Department. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you play a key role in delivering the exceptional Lexus experience we are known for.
About the Role
The Valet ensures every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in the service experience. This position requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every guest by name and provide a polished, professional first impression
- Perform a thorough walk‑around inspection of each vehicle, noting any existing conditions
- Safely move and park vehicles, demonstrating extensive driving experience and comfort operating various models
- Drive vehicles up and down the service ramp
- Perform torque checks on wheel nuts as required
- Assist guests throughout their visit, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued
- Open doors, offer assistance, and maintain a luxury‑level standard of courtesy at all times
- Support the service team with vehicle flow, organization, and guest communication
- Ensure vehicles are positioned correctly for service, wash, and delivery. Ensure all vehicles are properly washed prior to departure.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient service drive‑thru environment
- Go above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves happy
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Strong and confident driving ability (manual transmission experience an asset)
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, and ability to go up and down steep ramp.
- Professional, friendly, and guest‑focused demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, automotive, or customer service is an asset

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
