THE CHALLENGE:
Lead the strategy, development and execution of fulsome experiences across all properties in our portfolio. Be a transformational leader who is cognizant of innovative customer experiences and drives the design and implementation of such experience in the properties across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop and execute digital and physical experience strategy for properties that includes experiences for navigation, curation, personalization, spectacle and community
Develop and implement mechanisms to track and increase sales and positive customer experience at the properties that results in increased Marketing ROI
Develop Marketing Communications that drive Brand Awareness and Brand Equity at the individual property level
Develop strong product marketing plans that achieve desired acquisition, revenue and profitability targets
Build annual experience/marketing communication plan with stakeholder buy in
Oversee Experience/Marcom national program delivery - design to wrap-up (Seasonal, Services, etc.)

Consultation:
With director of regional marketing on local experience / marcom initiatives
With director of business intelligence on data, customer profiles and CRM
Report, analyze experience scorecard metrics / wrap reports roll-up to ensure continuous improvement
Identify new experiences, oversee test & trials
Understand consumer, market segments & levers
Manage experiences budget of $15-20M
Team development & performance

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
4 year University degree in Marketing or Business
Minimum 10 years’ experience in developing digital, product and physical experiences that engage consumers
Minimum 10 years building robust marketing communications plans across all channels
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and business groups to consult and align on strategic priorities down to tactics where required
