Job Description
Job Responsibilities

Develop annual customer plan to achieve annual volume, profit and share targets with a national customer.

Lead customer relationship, through PepsiCo processes, enabling long term strategic planning and sustainable results

Enable execution of customer plans by PepsiCo Foods Canada selling teams via regular, effective, impactful and timely communication.

Leverage category and shoppers’ insights data to develop high performing sales and merchandising initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • University degree, preferably in business discipline
  • 3 – 5 years managing large national accounts as an Account Manager and / or 3 – 5 years DSD/Warehouse front line management experience
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic, fact based annual business plans and develop creative solutions to challenges.
  • Strong thinking skills, able to see connections in data and trends
  • Ability to multitask and effectively handle several projects/priorities.
  • A self-starting individual who has a demonstrated track record of success and sound decision- making.
  • Highly motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills.
  • Strong executional skills, translates strategies into plans
  • Well-developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and influence management skills.
