Who You Are
You are a motivated hard worker with a strong drive towards ensuring work is done safely and efficiently. You are adaptive and eager to learn new skills and the construction process. You are competent with technology and have good documentation and organization skills. You are physically fit and capable of general construction and labour tasks, with hands-on carpentry experience, rough terrain forklift experience, and the ability to lead labour crews.
Rough terrain forklift operating experience required
Carpentry experience and experience leading labour crews required
OFA 2 certification considered an asset but not required
General labour tasks will be a large portion of the job, including site clean up and basic construction work.
Operate a rough terrain forklift safely and efficiently as required.
Complete carpentry and other basic construction tasks as required.
Lead and support labour crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Training and certifications will be provided to the right candidate
This role offers room for growth.
This role reports to the project Site Supervisor.
