We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Operating Partner to help lead and grow an established landscape maintenance company with a loyal client base of 120+ weekly maintenance customers and a strong reputation built over many years.

Your Role
As the Operating Partner, you will take the lead in the day-to-day operation of the business while working alongside the owner during the transition.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading daily field operations
- Managing crews and maintaining accountability
- Scheduling routes and maximizing efficiency
- Hiring, training, and developing employees
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and quality
- Managing equipment maintenance
- Estimating and selling additional services
- Driving revenue growth and profitability
- Helping shape the future direction of the company
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance management experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance operations
- Experience scheduling crews and managing productivity
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Business-minded with an ownership mentality
- Financially responsible and accountable
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Partnership Options
We are flexible and looking for the right person.
Possible partnership structures include:
- Immediate buy-in
- Gradual earn-in based on performance
